Located conveniently near the Gulf Shores Sportsplex, OWA Amusement Park and Sports Complex, Outlet Shopping Mall, and just a 15-minute drive from the Gulf, this property provides easy access to local attractions and activities.

The spacious open floor plan features a formal dining area with seating for eight, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and breakfast nook, and a cozy living area. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a twin sleeper chair, and an attached private bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to a hall bath featuring a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second guest bedroom includes a queen and a double bed, while the fourth bedroom has twin-over-double and twin-over-twin bunk beds. These two rooms share a hall bath with a corner shower.

Adjacent to the living room, the sunroom provides additional sleeping options, including two double-sleeper sofas and a twin sleeper chair—perfect for movie nights, game sessions, or simply relaxing. The living room also has a twin sleeper chair for added flexibility.

The backyard is a haven for relaxation and fun, featuring an enclosed area with a privacy fence, a screen-covered swimming pool, a sandy beach area, and a gazebo with cooking and seating options. It’s the perfect space for gatherings and making cherished memories.

Important notes:

Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
Small dogs (25 lbs or less) are welcome with management approval, a non-refundable pet fee, and a waiver.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing if you’d like to add this option.
Monthly rentals are available from December 1 through March 1. For rates or inquiries, please contact us.

Spotless Clean Spacious

Four seniors and two dogs enjoyed the spotlessly clean spacious house! While the house is clearly set up to accommodate larger groups it was fun that on vaca our only big decisions were to choose what chair, sofa, bedroom, sun, shade to relax in! The pool was well worth the add-on and for the most part the heater kept up with what seemed like unusually cold weather. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but everything is available with a short drive. As noted in the listing be prepared to take a shopping trip for paper products and toiletries as the basics to get started are provided. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked indoors a lot during our stay. Highly recommend multiple trips to Blalock Seafood. The property management was very easy to work with and I can't say enough good things about the cleaning crew. The house was SPOTLESS when we arrived which is amazing considering the backyard 'beach' just finds it's way in. Truly a relaxing vacation! Thank You Happy Ours!

So hard to leave!

It was so hard to leave! My family and I visited so that I could attend my graduation. The amenities were great, the property was beautiful and wonderfully maintained. There were plenty of linens and towels available. I paid for the heated pool option and when initially it was not turned on, but when I reached out, they responded immediately and reimbursed me for the days that the heated pool was not on. Overall it was a great experience.

Very Nice

Our stay in mid October was very nice. Two adults and two kids had plenty of space. The location is 10 mins from all fast food and grocery stores and only 15 mins from Gulf Shores beach access. The property was nice. Would’ve been great if they had beach towels. We loved that we could do beach in the morning and pool in afternoon every day.

Great Stay

Absolutely Fabulous

Hosts were very responsive

This is a large and very functional property. Finishes are well-done, and stylish. The pool is wonderful (the best pool heat, hands down) and the sand/covered patio is really nice. The hosts were very responsive! When we arrived, a member of the management company was doing a walk through, and this was refreshing. So often these companies have no interest in the true experience of the guest.
