Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**Small dogs (25 lbs maximum) are welcome, with a limit of two dogs and a non-refundable $300 pet fee per dog. Prior approval from management is required.
**Fort Morgan has a very strict leash law.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
