Romar House 101B is a generously sized three-bedroom, two-bathroom property located on the ground level, providing immediate access to the grassy area, pool, and just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sandy beach.

This inviting condo features a fully equipped kitchen with elegant wood cabinetry and durable Corian countertops, ideal for preparing meals or quick snacks. The open dining and living area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, ensures ample seating and easy access to the outdoor patio. The main bedroom boasts a king bed, a stylish wood bedroom suite, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate dressing area and a relaxing garden tub. A sliding glass door from this bedroom leads directly to the patio with outdoor seating.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds. These guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, the property includes a full-size washer and dryer, and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for guests.

Romar House features manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance, offering a welcoming retreat for guests. On-site amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Please note, no trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed at Romar House. Additional parking for other vehicles or trailers must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation at a cost of $120.00 for both passes. One parking space is designated with the property number in the covered parking area. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and may change without notice.
