The primary bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king bed and elegant décor, complete with more stunning Gulf views. Step out of the main bedroom onto the private balcony, where outdoor seating allows you to take in the serene surroundings. The private primary bath includes a walk-in shower, offering a luxurious retreat after a day at the beach.
The guest bedrooms are equally accommodating, with one featuring a queen bed and the other offering two twin beds along with a double-single bunk bed—perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for added convenience and entertainment.
Romar House is a sought-after destination thanks to its well-maintained landscaping, palm trees, and gated entrance, providing privacy and tranquility. The property offers a range of amenities, including outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.
Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one parking space designated for the property in the covered parking area. Two parking passes are available per reservation at a cost of $120.00 for both passes. The cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Please note, no trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are permitted on the property. Additional parking must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.
**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
