Accommodating up to 8 guests, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo invites relaxation with the sound of the surf and the scent of salty air. Just steps away from the pool area, you'll enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with a patio that opens to the beautiful landscaped grounds.

The living and dining areas are ideal for unwinding or sharing meals with your group. A fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an under-counter ice machine, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. The dining area offers seating for all your guests, and the open-concept design makes it easy to entertain.

The main bedroom includes a king bed, private balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. The first guest bedroom offers another king bed, while the second guest bedroom provides two twin beds. These bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with modern amenities. For additional sleeping arrangements, a sleeper sofa in the living area ensures everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Romar House offers meticulously maintained landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance for added privacy. The property amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one parking space designated for the property in the covered parking area. Two parking passes are available per reservation at a cost of $120.00 for both passes. The cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not allowed. Additional parking for other vehicles must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
