The first guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, ideal for additional guests. Both guest bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination.
For your convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring you can easily keep up with laundry during your stay.
Romar House welcomes guests year after year with its beautifully manicured landscaping, towering palm trees, and gated entrance. The property amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts, all adding to the appeal of this premium Gulf-front destination.
Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Any additional parking for extra vehicles must be arranged off-site.
