The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless appliances, a convenient under-counter ice machine, and a bar area with seating. Whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick snack, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The dining area offers ample space for all your guests to enjoy meals together.
The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat featuring a king bed and more spectacular Gulf views. Step directly onto the balcony from the bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks, complete with outdoor seating. The private ensuite bathroom provides added privacy and convenience.
The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub-shower combination. All bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, so you can unwind in comfort.
For added convenience, Romar House 203A includes a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring you can easily keep up with laundry during your stay.
Romar House invites guests to return year after year with its beautifully manicured landscaping, tall palm trees, and secure gated entrance. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts, providing plenty of options for fun and relaxation.
Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Additional parking must be arranged off-site.
**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
