The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, private bath, and a separate dressing area. This bedroom also offers access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the Gulf views right from your room. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower for added convenience.
The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom features twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom equipped with a tub-shower combination.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space if needed.
Romar House is known for its well-maintained grounds, including manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance that ensures a pleasant stay. The property offers a range of amenities such as outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.
Parking: Please note that two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Additional parking must be arranged off-site if needed.
**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
