The secondary guest bedrooms include a king bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination, providing convenience for all guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

For added convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Romar House is renowned for its well-maintained grounds, including manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance, ensuring a welcoming environment. The property features a range of amenities such as outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered parking area. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Any additional parking must be arranged off-site.
