The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an under-counter ice machine, a bar area, and dining seating for all your guests. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, you'll find everything you need.

The large primary bedroom features a king bed with spectacular views and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is private and includes a garden tub and shower combo.

The two secondary guest bedrooms offer a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, sharing a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for added comfort.

For your convenience, the condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Romar House is renowned for its well-maintained grounds, including manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance. The property boasts a range of amenities, including outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered parking area. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House, and additional parking must be arranged off-site.
