Just two blocks away, you'll find private beach access, making it easy to indulge in daily beach adventures without the hassle.

Inside, Seaside Oasis offers a gourmet kitchen that's a chef's dream. Fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, it features a spacious granite countertop island that seats six, perfect for casual meals or socializing while cooking. The adjoining dining table accommodates eight guests and includes a bench for cozy dinners.

The main living area is a haven for relaxation, boasting a large sectional couch and a 65"" smart TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind after sun-soaked days at the beach.

This villa comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms. You'll find three luxurious King Suites, each offering comfort and privacy, along with a Double Queen Suite and a Double Bunk Bed Suite, which features twin-over-twin beds and an additional trundle bed. A pack and play is also available for your convenience. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and its own smart TV, providing everyone with their own space to retreat and relax. The primary ensuite bath is a true sanctuary, featuring a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and his-and-hers closets. The other bathrooms offer a mix of walk-in showers and shower/tub combos, each designed with unique charm and comfort in mind.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.

Summer Reservations: From June 3rd to July 29th, reservations are available for Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.
