Our spacious kitchen/living/dining combo is designed with larger groups in mind, creating a perfect environment for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. The living room features a 60-inch Smart TV with an attached Blu-ray player for your entertainment, ensuring that movie nights are as enjoyable as the days spent on the beach. The dining area, with seating for six at the table and additional bar seating, ensures that everyone has a place to gather for meals or socializing.

Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a 42-inch Smart TV, providing personal comfort and entertainment for everyone. The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself, offering a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and a separate commode closet. The second guest bedroom features another king bed, with an adjacent bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower surround, making it ideal for additional guests. For added convenience, a bonus full bath in the hallway includes a walk-in shower, ensuring everyone has the space they need.

Parking Information:

Parking passes may be purchased before arrival through Oasis OBA. The cost is $60.00 per vehicle, with a maximum of two passes allowed for all units. Monthly reservations will be charged $45 per month. The HOA controls parking prices, and they are subject to change without notice.
A $45.00 per parking pass fee will be honored for all reservations made prior to June 01, 2024.

Monthly winter rentals are available from December to March. Please call for pricing and availability.

Responsive property manager

We really enjoy staying at Phoenix properties due to the amenities for the kids (lazy river, water slide, indoor pool) and the comfort of the units (3Bed/4 Bath units are almost 2,000 SF). The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable and the property manager was responsive to an issue with one of the toilets. We highly recommend this property especially if you have younger children.

The check-in process was streamlined & property security was great. The condo was great w/ a layout that was very accommodating for two families, totaling seven people. We had great space & all the kitchenware we needed was readily available. Our view was spectacular! I’ve already relayed to the property manager, our bedding was all clean & we enjoyed our stay.
