These guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and hall access. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for added convenience and comfort.

For your convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer.

This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the spring and summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company. This service is not included in the rental cost.
These policies are in place to maintain the quality and enjoyment of your stay.

Construction Notice:
*Balcony railing replacement begins Oct. 14th and will take approximately six weeks to complete. Balcony will not be available during this time.
*Coating of the balcony floors, including the first-floor elevator lobby and walkway, will begin the week of Nov. 11th.
Parking:
*Passes are provided by a third party company and are not included in the rental cost.
*Parking is available for up to two cars for a fee per car, with a two-car purchase maximum
*To purchase your parking passes, you have the following options. Have the vehicle license plate number and Windward Pointe condo unit number are required to reserve parking.
